Randy Neal

With over 20 years in automation and operational leadership, and more than a decade in creative branding and motion design, Randy founded Ranovo to solve a problem he saw repeatedly in real businesses across Lake County, Florida.

After leading complex automation systems for major manufacturers and building creative solutions for high-visibility brands, he recognized a gap: local businesses were being sold tools, not systems — and left to figure out the rest on their own.

Ranovo was built to change that. Today, Randy brings enterprise-level thinking, accountability, and leadership to local service businesses that need their systems to work reliably, not just look good.

Charles Carson

Charles spent seven years leading retail roofing sales, generating over $19.2 million in sales and building trust with Central Florida communities. That experience gave him valuable insight into roofing systems, residential and commercial property condition inspections, and long term asset value—knowledge that directly supports clients in making sound decisions to protect their investments.

In addition, Charles’s extensive service industry experience has equipped him to communicate effectively, build trust, and understand the unique goals of a wide range of clients. He prides himself on being detail oriented, responsive, and solution focused, ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
